... closed this week and going home, ; Held a PD weekly meeting and presented monthly repirt of KPI today morning. - so many issues would be clear after feedback and discussion session. (thought that a certain job of financial related sector such as business analysis or controlling might be easier than any other industries regarding its own mechanism of financial measuring with not real sales but backlog, remained orders after discounted by sales numbers.) / A hypothesis of career planning is focused still "long-run" and recommended path will not be revised at current prompt, as long as possible, in the project field instead of function area. Will discuss it again with PD soner or later.

... fully charged to close monthly performance and consolidate all data relating to programme mgmt today, cumulative records are under the baseline incl. a few orders forecast comparing annual target, app. 1.ob dollars and also poor progress casued to decline expected sales, app. 0.5b dollars and relative income target so worried about this status. will report the preliminary version of the report to every project managers tomorrow and finally send a mail to project director preparing monthly programme meeting due on Friday in this week. / shall focus some agenda to be discussed such as each mobilization plan per ongoing projects, progress state and/or indicated total cost summary and so on, during this weekdays.
