Poor leadership is hazard of teamwork,

... Is there any vision of our leadership? If so, they shall make sure to success and develop the teamwork but they do not so. Becuase they do not have any vision in this company. - It may be the root cause of poor performance and depressed culture of our organization. / How can our sucks HR give a chance to make them have a reliable vision or equivalent motivation? It seems to be more impossible so this matter is also not to be resolved.
